PARTY FAQ
DOES MY CHILD OPEN THEIR GIFTS AT THE PARTY?
No, we do not allocate time for your child to open gifts during their party. We focus on doing as many fun activities as we can with your child & their friends, and leave the gift opening as a fun activity to do once your back home! We have allocated cubbies for each party so that gifts are safely secured there upon arrival.
DO THE GUESTS' PARENTS STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE PARTY?
All of our parties are drop-off style, so no parents do not stay for the duration of the party. We allow up to 4 parents per party to stay at the spa. If you require a custom request to this rule, please call us and we will accommodate as necessary!
ARE YOUR FACILITIES ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
Currently we are not accessible to people with mobility disabilities. Unfortunately we are located in an old space that does not have the required opening widths and mandatory stairs to get up to where our salon rooms are. IF someone with disabilities wishes to work around these barriers we will 100% do what we can to support them and work with them. Inclusivity is a rule in our spa, however, we cannot help the physical barriers of the space.
ARE WE ALLOWED OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE SPA?
In order to manage allergies, sensitivities and cleanliness we do not allow outside food and drinks into the spa. Anyone is welcome to bring a water bottle in though! We do our best to accommodate a variety of colors and themes for cupcakes so that your child has a personal and exciting birthday party.
DO KIDS WEAR SHOES IN THE SPACE?
During the winter months boots/shoes are removed when guests arrive at the party. We ask that you ensure during this time of year that your child is coming to the spa with socks on, however, we have extra if needed! We prefer that children do not bring slippers from home as this can lead to them getting lost or left behind!
CAN I BRING EXTRA ITEMS FOR LOOT BAGS?
Absolutely! I use fairly large take home bags with more than enough space to add extra items. I just ask that if you would like to add any food items that they are individually packaged and sealed.
